ALIENS!!!!

So tonight I watched "The Day the Earth Stood Still", it was a great movie just one problem. Why does it seem like every alien movie is now about how humans are destroying the earth. Seriously, I feel like every alien movie is made by some crazy enviromentalist group trying to make some political statement!! So what is the statement??? That if globabl warming doesn't kill us, then the aliens will come down to earth to teach us a lesson? HAHAHA. Whatever happened to movies like "Independence Day" and "Mars Attack" where the aliens came down to earth and they were just evil and we killed them in the end. Hollywood should just keep it simple. However, they use movies to make political statements like: Global Warming, or about the War!! Get over it Hollywood, nobody cares what you think!!!!!!
